As there is a new addition to the family, it is blog-worthy!
A stinkin' puppy! Ah, so cute. No offence, but cuter then yours.
I am at a client in Springdale and Spencer is home with him. Winston... best dog name every. Winsty for short. First day, 2 poos on the ground... I am hoping he'll be out of poo by the time I get there.
I will get pics, promise, but if your curious, he's a black schnorkie (schnauzer and yorkie). Has a few gray hairs on his chest. Can't wait to see him in his new home! Woot!
I don't know how to describe this as I haven't made it yet. I imagine it will be a bunch of entries about whatever I want. Some about my family, ideas or projects. We'll see.

Teethy
Spencer had surgery! His teeth implants, not to be confused with other types of implants, are in place! Next January Spencer will have the crowns put on them and he'll have a normal smile. I am so excited! I've never seen him with teeth. He's excited too.
I wish I was using the other computer so I could post a swollen picture of him, but that will have to wait. In his manly opinion he looked like a planet of the apes extra. I thought he looked like a who-ville extra. Both paint the right picture.
Funny story that I recently shared with Poyner clan: A few weeks ago, Spencer and I were enjoying our subway sandwiches at home. I had my feet up on the coffee table while I was munching away on my tuna sandwich and Spencer kept trying to walk by to plug something in. Everytime he had gone by I put my feet back up and he asked me to keep them down until he was done. Thinking he was done I put my feet back up. He came by again and looked at me, wondering why I'd put my feet back up. So he took his legs and ran into mine to make his point. Well that hurt (not really), so I reacted and threw my tuna sandwich I was eating at him which bounced off his chest and onto the floor. So we started laughing and he was able to freely walk by while I scrubbed the mustard stain on the carpet.
I need to go study.

On my way!
Well I have now passed 3 parts of the CPA exam! Woot! One left which I will take in August most likely. It's a beast! Yea!
Spencer and I really love our new apartment. The complex is pretty nice and I enjoy being really really close to work. One of these days I am going to be consistent about walking. I just don't like doing it with my work laptop. What if someone tries to steal me or my bag! That'd be bad. Anyways, its small but to Spencer and me that just means less area to keep clean. Woot again!
We're both doing really well. Spencer is looking for a job to keep him busy since his classes are slowing down. Life is good and pretty normal right now.

April Update
April has thus far been an interesting month. I took anther part of the CPA exam (Audit). I hope the results come quicker this time.
Spencer and I team teach the CTR 5 class. There's about 10 kindergartners in the class. We really enjoy it.
While enrolling for Spencer's summer classes, we realized one of his classes was cancelled for the summer. Unfortunately, this pushes his graduation date to May 2010. So this has changed some of our plans, obviously. We won't be moving to the OKC area until after that date.
So we've signed a new housing lease up here in Tulsa. It's a super super small apartment-I believe only 480 square feet-. It will be nice to have stable housing after Spencer gets out of school, and hopefully larger. Fun adventures await!

Blog Along...
We are joining the family fad of blogging. I doubt we'll be as consistent as Christine, but we don't have kids making cute comments, yet...
Spencer will be graduating in December from OSU - assuming the Dean approves his "excessive course enrollement." Yea!
Spencer and I will be looking at buying a house this November in the OKC area. Let us know if you know of any good areas, besides Choctaw...
Hope everyone is doing well. Yea for post #2.
